


Whip up a tasty compound butter with herbs and cheese to dress up corn on the cob. We’ll show you two ways to make it – with basil or dill!
Basil Parm Butter Recipe:
Mix together 1 stick of softened unsalted butter with ¼ cup chopped basil, ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese, ½ tsp salt and pepper. Chill until ready to use on hot grilled corn.
Dill Feta Butter Recipe:
Mix together 1 stick of softened unsalted butter with ¼ cup chopped dill, ¼ cup crumbled feta, ½ tsp salt and pepper. Chill until ready to use on hot grilled corn.
