Grilled Street Corn

Drizzled with lime butter and topped with cotija cheese and cilantro, this street corn brings the fiesta no matter what day of the week you’re grilling.


1. Grill corn on the cob over high heat until charred all over. Cut into 3-4” pieces.

2. Melt butter over medium heat. Add a pinch of salt, plus zest and juice of one lime.

3. Drizzle lime butter over corn and sprinkle with cotija cheese and chopped cilantro. Serve with additional limes.
