Fire up the grill and try this tasty, fruit-topped flatbread. Don’t forget the drizzle of spicy honey at the end – it makes the dish over-the-top delicious!
Recipe:
- Grill store-bought flatbread for 2-3 minutes per side until well-marked.
- Top with sliced nectarines, thinly sliced red onion, crumbled blue cheese and cooked bacon. Season with salt, pepper and a drizzle of olive oil.
- Pop in the oven at 400 degrees F for 8 minutes or until cheese is melted – or move to cool side of the grill and close the lid until cheese is melted.
- Garnish with sliced basil and a generous drizzle of spicy honey and serve immediately.
