Garlic Confit

Garlic Confit

Add to salad dressing, mashed potatoes or spread on toast!
 
Recipe:

  1. Fill a small to medium pot with garlic cloves and cover with olive oil.
  2. Add a few sprigs of thyme and bring to a boil. Reduce to a low simmer and cook for about 25-35 minutes or until softened.
  3. Let cool completely, remove thyme sprigs and store in oil in the refrigerator for up to one month.
