


Add to salad dressing, mashed potatoes or spread on toast!
Recipe:
- Fill a small to medium pot with garlic cloves and cover with olive oil.
- Add a few sprigs of thyme and bring to a boil. Reduce to a low simmer and cook for about 25-35 minutes or until softened.
- Let cool completely, remove thyme sprigs and store in oil in the refrigerator for up to one month.
