Make this fast, festive salad to bring to your holiday cookout. We used 'Everleaf Thai Towers' basil on top!
- Lay a bed of baby arugula
- Pile on halved strawberries, thinly sliced jicama, blueberries and cubed feta.
- Add basil leaves (used Thai Tower from Burpee!) and drizzle with olive oil, juice of 1 small lemon, flaky salt and fresh ground pepper.
