Sprigs of rosemary infuse this festive cocktail with fresh, herby flavor.
- In a small sauce pan, combine ½ cup water and ½ cup sugar. Bring to a boil and stir to dissolve sugar. Remove from heat and add 2-3 sprigs rosemary. Let sit and infuse for 30 min. This rosemary simple syrup can be refrigerated for 5 days.
- To make the cocktail, combine 1.5oz vodka, 1oz of your rosemary simple syrup (from Step 1) and 2oz unsweetened cranberry juice in a low ball glass with ice. Add a splash of soda water, stir and garnish with fresh cranberries and a festive sprig of rosemary if desired.
