Put your favorite pickling cucumbers to good use in three simple steps!
Recipe:
- Quarter 18-20 medium pickling cucumbers and pack into jars with 1-2 cloves of garlic and 1 flowering head of dill per jar.
- In a large pot, combine ½ cup cider vinegar, 1/3 cup kosher salt, 1 Tbs pickling spices and ½ gallon filtered water. Bring to a boil to dissolve salt, then pour over cucumbers in jars.
