


Make the perfect pesto using fragrant herbs from your windowsill garden.
Recipe:
- In a food processor, combine 2 cups basil leaves, 3 cloves garlic, ½ cup parmesan cheese, juice and zest of 1 lemon, ¼ cup pine nuts and ½ tsp salt and pepper. Pulse until finely chopped.
- With the machine running, slowly add ¼ to ½ cup olive oil until desired consistency is reached.
