


Easy-growing chives lend light onion flavor to this simple sauce.
Recipe:
- In a food processor, combine 2 cups chopped chives, 1 cup parsley leaves, ½ cup toasted walnuts, zest of 1 lemon, ½ cup parmesan cheese, 1 clove garlic and ½ tsp salt and pepper. Pulse until finely chopped.
- With the machine running, slowly add ¼ to ½ cup olive oil until smooth.
