


Try these in a quick and easy taco bowl with your favorite toppings.
Recipe:
1. Toss green beans with cumin, chili powder, coriander, garlic powder, olive oil and salt. Roast at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, mix plain yogurt with a squeeze of lime to make it a pourable consistency and add a pinch of salt.
3. To assemble bowl add cooked rice, roasted green beans, your favorite salsa, sliced avocado, fresh cilantro and a drizzle of your lime crema.
