Tangy apple cider gets a grown-up twist with a finishing touch of thyme.
- In a mixing glass, add a handful of ice, 1.5-2oz bourbon, 3oz apple cider and juice of ½ small lemon. Stir well to chill.
- Strain into a lowball or coupe style glass.
- Garnish with a thin apple slice and a sprig of fresh thyme.
