Combine your favorite mix of Asian greens in this flavorful salad.
- In a small bowl or jar, mix 2 Tbs soy sauce, ¼ cup olive oil, 3 Tbs rice wine vinegar, juice of ½ lime, 2 Tbs sesame oil, 1 clove grated garlic, 1 tsp grated fresh ginger, 1 tsp salt and 1 Tbs water. Set dressing aside.
- Combine a mix of Asian greens and include something shredded and crunchy like bok choy or red cabbage. Add sliced green onion. For an interesting minty herbal flavor, mix in Julienned shiso leaves.
- Toss salad with dressing and sprinkle in 2-3 Tbs sesame seeds, garnishing with more if desired.
