Apple Chips

Make apple chips as a delicious, simple and healthy snack!

 

Recipe:

 

  1. Thinly slice apples on a mandolin and lay in a single layer on a cooling rack, inside a sheet tray.
  2. Mix together 2 Tbsp granulated sugar and ½ tsp ground cinnamon. Lightly sprinkle on apples.
  3. Bake at 200 degrees F for 2-3 hours depending on thickness of apple slices. Flip apples halfway through and let cool in the oven to continue crisping once done. Store in an airtight container.
