Super Blend Broccoli and Walnut Pizza
- Prepare pizza dough using equal parts unbleached white flour and whole wheat flour.
- Spread onto a lightly oiled pan.
- Preheat oven to 450°.
- Top crust with 8 oz. fire roasted tomato sauce, 2 cups grated mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, 1 cup chopped Super Blend broccoli florets, 1/2 cup coarsely chopped toasted walnuts and 1/4 cup black olives.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
