Rated 4 out of 5 by from Give this mix a chance I too was a bit unsure about the smell, but follow the directions, making sure to rinse with cold water and the sprouts are just fine. I will say that they are zesty or spicy. My batches always have a very strong radish flavor. I love alpha sprouts, but can't seem to find those, so I tried these and I also bought the broccoli sprouts, which I have in my seed sprouter now. Very easy to grow.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Smell I don't understand this sprout mix. There's a horrible smell that comes out of them once you wet them. I was afraid to use them. After 2 failed attempts. I'm trying to sprout them in a tray with organic potting soil now just to see what happens. Can anyone explain?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from These are a snap I purchased mung bean seeds but I did not buy the kit since I had a sprouting jar from long ago. It would be easy to cobble one at home from a canning jar, screw-on ring and a piece of fine screen (plastic wouldn't rust). Just moisten the seeds once or twice each day and drain through the screen. In a few days you are decorating your sandwiches and salads with crunchy sprouts. Too bad "atthelake" didn't persevere.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from No Kit, No Sprouts The picture show sprouts in an apparent pyrex bowl. Seeing that, I thought I didn't need to buy a $30 kit. Wrong. Sprout instructions were to follow the instructions on my kit. Since I don't intend to buy a kit, the sprouts were a waste of money
