Softneck artichoke variety that is an excellent braider and does well in a range of climates.
Siciliano is an early harvesting very rich flavored and mildly pungent Artichoke softneck garlic. An excellent braider that is adaptable to a wide range of climates and is a good garlic for growing in warm winter areas. Harvest fall planted garlic the following season, late spring or early summer, about 240 days from planting. Harvest spring planted garlic the same season, about 90 days from planting. Stores well at up to 6 months. Averages 6 cloves per bulb.
