Ooh la la. This dwarf French bean is superb. Take a bite. The flavor is sweet, nutty and delicious. The miracle is how the slender, 7" stringless filet beans keep coming and coming. The succulent dark green beans grow prolifically—and for twice as long as most beans. Pick them regularly and they keep producing.
Sow in average soil in full sun after danger of frost, spring to early summer. In rows 18-30" apart, Sow seeds about 3" apart and cover with 2" of fine soil. Firm lightly and keep evenly moist.
How to Grow
Seedlings emerge in 7-14 days. Thin to stand about 6" apart when seedlings are 1-2" tall. Bush snap beans are ready for harvesting 45-60 days after sowing, while pole snap beans are ready in 60-80 days.
Pick when pods are firm and crisp with undeveloped or small seeds. Harvest very often to avoid tough, stringy pods and ensure plant productivity.
