Medium hot, 4-5 in. friuts on 30 in plants mature quickly from green to dark red, and dry fast on the plants. Harvest about 69 days after plants are set outside. Tie several peppers on a long string to hang for drying. CAUTION: Use rubber gloves or clean hot peppers under running water to avoid skin burn from the pepper juice.
Plants ship in spring at proper planting time.
