Large oval heads 10" tall, 7 1/2" across. Tightly savoyed leaves with thick, succulent midribs. Sweet tangy flavor. Recommended for both spring and fall harvest. Resists bolting and soft rot. Ready to harvest 62 days after plants are set out.

Grows best in cool weather. Avoid planting in garden area where any member of the cabbage family grew the year before.
