Spikes topped by narrow, tubular flowers from pale yellow to orange-red.
Not a blowtorch, but close. Spikes glow, blaze open fiery red, then pale and wither. Mixture contains colors not usually available. Use as accents with grasses or sprawling blues and purples. It was OKI grew these from seed, and didn't have a problem germinating indoors. The plants just looked like long grass for an entire year. This spring I was surprised at the tall blooms, but the color was kinda bland. It was cool looking, in an alien plant kind of way, but it didn't last that long. I moved them to the "back" garden....

tritomaVery dissapointed, I bought 2 seed packets. Nothing ever came up. No where on the packet does it say to refridgerate 6 weeks prior to planting. No one around here seems to have any to trade or sell. It's too bad cause I really wanted them for my garden they sure look pretty in the picture. Hope others have better luck, let me know.
