This lovely little flower with its intense deep blue color is a must for the serious bulb enthusiast. Cyanocrocus is not a true Crocus and is nearly extinct in the wild because of overgrazing and habitat destruction. It’s not particular about soil type or conditions but is sensitive to frost; in areas with a freezing winter, try it in a container that can be brought indoors. This variety is a real attention grabber and is not readily available elsewhere. Blooms early spring.
