Salsa De Fruta Topicales Recipe

Ingredients:

1   large seedless orange

1  medium sized papaya

1  medium sized mango

    Juice of two limes

3  tablespoons olive oil

4  drops green tabasco

    some well minced mint leaves

    very little salt

 

Method:

Peel orange and cut segments out, without any skin.

Peel papaya and cut in small cubes.

Peel mango and cut in small cubes.

Add all other ingredients and fold.

  • Both Italian and curly parsley are excellent sources of vitamin A and C.
