Garden-Gating Recipe - Hot Dog

  Hot Dog

Ingredients:
4 cups Sublime Sweet Pepper
2 cups King Richard Leek
1 Serrano Chili Hot Pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons seasoned salt
2 cups ground chicken

 

Directions:
Finely mince the sweet pepper and leek in a food processor. Separately, liquefy the hot pepper in food processor with olive oil.

Mix together all ingredients. In 2 batches, put mixtures in the food processor and pulse a couple of times. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Shape into hot dogs and grill. Yields approximately 10 hot dogs.
