Customer Service Representative
W. Atlee Burpee & Co. the leading supplier to the American home gardener has an
immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative. This position ensures that all of the
company’s orders, credits for returns and customer inquiries are process in an accurate,
efficient and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the processing of Direct Marketing wholesale customer orders, credits and responding to customer inquiries.
- Responsible for functions as assigned for the Direct Marketing and Wholesale business (Phone/ Order Entry and/ or Customer service)
- Assist with answering Direct Marketing customer service e-mails.
- Assist with filing the company’s orders and credits as required.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- At least 1-3 years of customer service experience.
- Computer based customer service background.
- Call center experience a plus.
Job Details:
- Seasonal position from December to May.
- Call center working environment
