Pea And Cucumber Fence 2/Pack is rated out of 5 by 8.Rated 5 out of 5 by YummyVegies from Great Buy I purchased this fencing early this spring and had my best crop of peas! This is the best fencing I have found over many years of gardening and I appreciate the way if folds for storage over the winter. Thank you, Burpee!Date published: 2014-09-18Rated 5 out of 5 by KGarcia from Versatile Fence We used this fence last year to grow our tenderpick beans and are waiting the cooler winter this year to grow more peas!Date published: 2013-08-28Rated 5 out of 5 by PlayingInTheDirt from Fabulous Product I've decided I really love this fencing, and not just because it's versatile enough to work with pretty much all of my garden favorites - even the melons. After shopping for fencing products at a couple of different places this morning, I decided to purchase more of Burpee's pea fencing to use as the exterior fence for my garden (my dog tried to murder my strawberry bed last night). It has a better price than pretty much everything besides the most basic of chicken wire/plastic netting and wooden stake fence. I decided to get this because it has a tidy, unobtrusive appearance and is easy to take down and put back up when it's time to mow. I'm pleased enough with it to actually write a review. That almost never happens. Happy gardening!Date published: 2013-05-29Rated 5 out of 5 by DreamingOfAutumn from Perfect! I grew both cucumbers and snap peas on these fences this year. It worked perfectly for both. I also love that they fold up easily and are easy to store. I highly recommend these fences!Date published: 2010-09-14Rated 5 out of 5 by Honeybeenc from Useful for tomatoes, too I have purchased several of these pea fences. To grow tomatoes, I put two fences side-by-side and plant the tomatoes in the diamond shape made by the partially folded fences. They hold the plants well, and do not tip over, even in high wind. I've also used them to hold-up soy beans, and black beans to keep the plants from sprawling on the ground. Cucumbers and small melons also like these fences.Date published: 2009-08-12Rated 4 out of 5 by Phil from Pea Fence Although this is a nice pea fence, it is NOT 8 feet long. When fully extended (flat) it is only 7 feet long; therefore it is useful only for abot 6 feet when slightly accordionedDate published: 2009-06-03Rated 5 out of 5 by HayHeyPaula from Very Sturdy! I purchased this fence for cucumbers this year. I have 45 plants on it. It was easy to install (just push it in the ground) and it hasn't swayed or moved at all thru some very Texas sized storms. It's nice and long too at 16' total. Excellent Product!Date published: 2008-06-29Rated 5 out of 5 by zone4garden from pea fence this was awesome last year. I grew the sugar snap peas on this fence and they were easy to pick (and delicious too). This year we're growing peas and the heirloom lemon cucumbers on the same fences, and I'm certain I'll have great results. I have a couple of extra fences that I'll use in large plastic containers at mom's on the deck so she can have easy to harvest peas too. My favorite gardening accessory for sure!Date published: 2006-06-05
