PVC Greenhouse Kit is rated out of 5 by 3.Rated 2 out of 5 by gardenhoe from Doesn't hold up Disappointed...I bought this a few months back and it did not hold up well at all. The plastic is tearing and pulling away from the seams and there are numerous cracks and holes in it. I knew that the vinyl would not last forever, but I expected it to last at least a couple of seasons. The structure held up to the winter winds, but the plastic didn't. It's already patched together all over the place with packing and duct tape. Will be an eyesore before long. Spend a little more and get a hard plastic one.Date published: 2013-04-13Rated 3 out of 5 by smartgardener from greenhouse I really like the PVC Greenhouse. It is a bit lite when very windy, but otherwise very handy. I agree with the prior comment, it is half the height that is shown in the picture. That was very disappointing, and no crossbars on the bottom. Did they leave out some parts? Does not match pictured item.Date published: 2012-09-18Rated 4 out of 5 by UtahGardenGirl from PVC Greenhouse Kit I was surprised to find the poles out of powder coated steel instead of PVC, which was a plus. The connectors are PVC. The plastic covering seems to be heavy enough to last several seasons. Time will tell. One disappointment though, is not to go by the picture supplied. Even on the box when sent. The unit is about half the height on the sides than shown in the picture. About 8" from top of garden box to the side cross piece. Also, there are no bottom cross pieces to the unit, as shown. According to the printed instructions(which are rolled up inside of the covering) these aren't part of the unit. The reason I only gave it four stars. Pictures should match the product sent. Other than that, the kit looks well made and I'm excited to get my salad box made and get the seeds in the soil. Am seriously considering buying more.Date published: 2012-03-12
