Green Goddess Dressing

  • Combine 1/4 cup mayonnaise with 1/4 cup plain yogurt in a blender.
  • Add 1 tbsp tarragon vinegar, 2 tbsp each chopped parsley, chives and tarragon and 1 minced garlic clove.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve over bowl of freshly harvested Fall and Winter Mix lettuce.
