How to Grow
Seedlings emerge in 14-21 days at 75°F soil temperature. If transferring to the garden, accustom seedlings to outdoor conditions by moving them to a sheltered place outside for a week. Set plants 12" apart in a sunny or partially shaded area with moist, well-drained soil in spring after danger of frost.
Pentas are perfect for butterfly gardens, beds, borders, baskets and containers. These flowers also look lovely with other warm-weather annuals.
