Rated 5 out of 5 by from Gorgeous cut flowers I have purchased this collection from Burpee for several years in a row. Each year, it has consistently produced sturdy plants with gorgeous blooms. Great for a cutting garden. Plants have arrived in very good condition.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful Lisianthus These are the most beautiful flowers...they even surpass roses! I ordered plants and received them in perfect condition. didn't get them planted right away, but they still turned out beautiful. I even had one stem with three different colors on gorgeous!! I will be purchasing these for years to come!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful Bouquets Lisianthus is hard to start from seed so I like to purchase plants. Last year none of the local retailers sold lisianthus, so this year I purchased my plants from Burpee's. Because of the weather the plants where shipped late and did not get planted until around Memorial Day. The plants arrived very health and have been blooming beautifully since July even through an extremely warm dry summer. Several people, including a gentleman that participates in the local garden walk, wanted to know what kind of flower they were and where to get them. I hope Burpee's continues to have lisianthus plants. I am very satisfied with the ordering, delivery, health, and beautiful flowers of these plants. It is the middle of October and I picked the flowers for the bouquet in the attached picture before the frost could get them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful flowers! This will be my 5th year buying Lisianthus. I'm in Zone 4 and plant them in full sun. Yes, they get tall but will get fuller when pinched down as they start to grow. People always want to know what they are when they see them. I have never had problems with them being in poor condition when they arrive in May.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from pathetic plants I had grown lisianthus in my garden before and loved it. For some reason, I cannot find it at my local nursery anymore so I decided to buy this collection. The plants I received were pathetic. They had very poor roots and little foliage. The plants that did not die never bloomed. Burpee would not send them until June which was a good 2-3 weeks after the appropriate planting time for my zone. I was very unhappy with this purchase. I would recommend growing lisianthus but do not buy this collection.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful-My new favorite. I Container Garden on my deck. I plant mostly vegetables but save a couple of planters for flowers. The flowers add color to the garden and entice the bees and other good bugs to help with the veggies. I usually plant petunias but wanted something different this year. I purchased the Deluxe Lisianthus Rose Cut Collection because of the variety of color. The plants arrived in excellent condition. The plants did take longer to flower then I expected. Since I planted them in mid-May (planting time in my zone), it seemed forever until they starting popping in July. But Wow they have made up for their tardiness with constant displays of blooms. The one thing I wished I had known, but I'll be ready next year, was how leggy they get and in need of supports of some kind. Well, petunias are out, lisianthuses are in. My new favorite.
