Cypress Vine seed has a hard seed coat. To aid germination, nick or cut the seed coat with a
nail file and soak the seed overnight. Sow indoors in individual pots 6-8 weeks before planting
outdoors. Or Sow directly outdoors 2 weeks after last spring frost in ordinary garden soil in a
sunny area. Sow seeds 2-3" apart and cover with 1/2" fine soil. Firm lightly and keep evenly
moist. Seedlings emerge in 7-21 days.
