Rated 1 out of 5 by from Dying dying dead This plant was purchased along with three other types of strawberries including Tristan. It arrived small, thin and frail and died quickly. The others are thriving with new leaves and runners even though it's fall (still warm in California). I was looking forward to seeing the pink and red flowers in spring. Now it's out of stock. Bummer.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from They did not really bear fruit and if they were small and not very tasty, the flowers though looked nice. it might be that they are not good in our climate here in Denver

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Died. Bought 3 of these last summer which did very well. Over the winter 2 of them died and never came back. I even brought them inside over the winter and they were fine until april then suddenly all turned brown. Now the 3rd plant is tiny and still producing no fruit so far this year. It is august... Not sure what the problem is. Bought them because it said they were container plants. =(

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful pink flowers They pink flowers make this plant a lovely addition to your deck or garden. I'm surprised by the other review that said the plants were not cold resistant. I live in MN, zone 4, and two years in a row I've transferred the plants from my container to the garden and both years they came back. They are a nice addition to my landscaping, beautiful and tasty.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful! I put mine in a hanging basket on my balcony in San Diego and within the first week it already has grown and has a beautiful pink bloom on it. I'm excited for it to fill in!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not cold resistant I bought this because it was cold resistant, I am in zone 6 and this was supposed to be good for zone 4-9. I even covered it and they didn't come back.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simply Gorgeous This is by far my favorite strawberry plant. I have 2 Toscana plants in a hanging coco basket in partial shade and they've had large, beautiful hot pink flowers all year round here in SoCal. The fruit is medium sized and tastes pretty tart. I get to enjoy 2-3 berries a week on average from 2 plants (more in summer, less in winter). The plants have sent out only 3 runners in the year I've had them so they are easy to manage in containers.
