Corn Silver Choice Hybrid	(SE) Sugary Enhancer Hybrids Highest sugar content. Superior tenderness. Just picked flavor lasts over a week in the fridge. No isolation needed.
Corn Sun & Stars Hybrid	(Sh2) Supersweet Hybrids Snappy crisp texture and ultra-sweet flavor that lasts 4-6 days in the fridge. Must separate from other non-Sh2 types by 100' or 10-14 ripening days, to prevent cross-pollination.
Corn Silver Queen Hybrid	(SU) Normal Sugary Hybrids The "SUs" are the modern hybrids that revolutionized sweet corn in the mid-20th century, offering high yields and fresh flavor. No isolation needed.
Corn Golden Bantam (Heirloom)	Heirloom Sweet Corn Old-fashioned flavor and meaty texture. Cook within 30 minutes after picking and the taste can't be beat. Only house gardeners get flavor like this. For best flavor, isolate from other corn to prevent cross-pollination.
