Can Newly Planted transplants withstand 35-38 degree weather?

I just planted two days ago 32 tomato transplants and my lettuce, spinach and peas are already out of the ground and I am wondering if anyone knows if they will be alright as tonight the temperature is going to go down to 35-38 degrees.  Do I need to cover everything or just tomato plants?  Does anyone out there know?  Thanks Kim

Spinach and peas are cold weather crops, I would cover the tomatoes and lettuce with tarps, garbage bags, buckets, newspapers, cardboard box, etc.
