My favorite is definitely basil. I found this great recipe for Spicy Basil Chicken - it's a great way to use my extra basil: http://www.myrecipes.com/recipe/spicy-basil-chicken-50400000120262/

One question, though. I have a ton of oregano and thyme. What can I make with those? I'm thinking about drying them for some meat seasonings...any other ideas??
