Some seeds tend to look furry just as they start to germinate. Usually you don't see this because the seed is buried but if the seed is on/near the surface, give it a couple days to see if you get shoots coming up. If it is genuine mold, make sure that the area is vented well and that the soil is not too damp. A little fan close by helps to move the air around too.
