I am sorry but they will not produce any flowers this year. The bulbs may produce a few leaves this year or they may be already dead.  If the bulbs are mushy or dried they will not grow.

I'd go ahead and plant them if they're not mushy. You'll get some green leaves this year and hopefully some flowers next year. Why not try!!
