growing, not sprouting, mung beans

I have had great success sprouting mung beans I ordered a few wks ago.  But I'm down to about 50 beans from my pkt of 300, so I was hoping to grow some this yr using the last few remaining seeds.  Is it possible, where they are grown in much warmer climates than Massachusetts in the USA?

Growing mung Beans seeds are easy. Soak the seads and rinse every day. They are ready in about 5-7 days. Growing Mung Bean plants can be a little tricky. They need full sun and well drained soil with a lot of organic matter mixed in. Start after all danger of frost has past and the soil has warmed up.  Plant the seed directly in the soil 1 inch deep one inch apart. Thin to six inches apart. Water and fertilize regularly. They take about 100 days to mature. Harvest by pulling the whole plant and hang upside down to dry.
