I have had my pepper seeds in the flats now for almost two weeks, tomato seeds have sprouted, but not the pepper seeds - DO PEPPER SEEDS TAKE LONGER TO SPROUT?

Tomatoes generally germinate in seven to14 days. Peppers and eggplant will take 10 to 21 days. - Chelsey Fields, Vegetable Horticulturist

I have found that pepper seeds germinate much slower than tomato seeds - From 2 to 3 weeks longer than tomatoes.
