Rated 5 out of 5 by from WOW BEANS! Best beans I've ever planted. I couldn't believe how prolific these beans were! They tasted great and kept coming for months. All but the first picking did have strings, but it has been very hot and dry here. I will definitely order again!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So. Many. Beans. My pole beans started really producing about 3 weeks ago and every day I have to go out and pick beans because there are so many! I have about 200 beans so far and I don't know what to do with them all. Very sweet, easy to pick, and they grow great. I highly recommend these. I will be growing this again, and again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bumper bean crop This is the first time I've planted pole beans...rabbits ate my bush beans last year prior to flowering. What a surprise! I had a late planting due to terrible wet weather, so I wasn't sure what would transpire. I was picking beans for several weeks -- the plants branched over 12 FEET high, onto a neighboring willow bush. I had to stand on tiptoe on an eight-foot ladder to reach all of them! Very tender, stringless, and even lasted for 1 week in the fridge prior to steaming. Will be doing this variety again!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Mega crop I have three six foot rows of these beans and have picked bushels of them, after canning 14 quarts and eating them at least every other day all season I began passing them out to friends and neighbors. Everyone is amazed at the size of the beans, so straight and 7-8 inches long. I picked a half bushel yesterday and if we don't have frost I will be picking again. I will definetly be ordering these again next year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful Beans! I originally planted these to just cover a old, small windmill tower, but the beans are delicious and have produced for weeks and weeks. I will plant these again next year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing Pole beans! I purchased the Kentucky Blue pole beans and planted them on this wood stick device I made. The beans were so tasty. The beans grew so big. I got about 10lbs off the vines and froze them. This was my 1st time planting beans. what an amazing experience Burpee provided me with. thanks

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Bean Have grown for years standard bush type green beans. However, this year after acquiring a "windmill tower" decided to grown a pole type bean. Purchased your Kentucky Wonder bean and as the picture showes, great results. Tower is 10' tall and about 4 more feet of bean shoots floped over the top. Have canned, eaten and given away more beans than I knew what to do with. Great flavor and best of all no sore back picking beans. PS: Had to use step ladder to get to the top beans. Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed I have grown many green beans for many years and these are, by far, the least satisfactory. They are stringy, lumpy, and not very tasty - nothing like the description in the catalog. I will not purchase these again.
